Legal Expenses & Rent Guarantee maintains the landlord’s rental payments while also having the legal costs covered up to £100,000 to help with section notices, eviction, and professional legal advice. Should your tenant default on their rental payments, this policy takes care of regaining possession of your property. By purchasing contents insurance from as little as £75.00 a year, tenants can get peace of mind, knowing that should an incident happen to their possessions or the landlord’s fixtures and fittings they will be covered to rectify the event without needing to lose their deposit.
